The Marketing Communication & Quality Department of Coris Bank International Senegal is recruiting a
Marketing Communication assistant with the following profile:
1. General mission of the position
- Assist the RMC in all the missions of the Department, participate in the development, deployment and implementation of the marketing communication plan.
2. Allocations
- Conduct competitive studies;
- Carry out commercial monitoring;
- Carry out email campaigns, telephone and field campaigns;
- Carry out campaigns and satisfaction surveys;
- Write content for the various physical and digital media;
- Prepare sales pitches;
- Manage part of the Social Networks;
- Produce reporting tables measuring the effectiveness of current and completed campaigns;
- Ensure regular monitoring to be up to date on trends and practices;
- Animate the network, lead campaigns following the opening of new branches;
- Participate in the development of gifts, manage orders and stocks;
- Participate in the implementation of products and the development of Com affiliated media;
- Conduct commercial campaigns and actions to strengthen the development of Bank products and services.
3. Specific skills required
- Good writing and oral skills, versatility, rigor, autonomy, organization, efficiency, strong team spirit.
4. Level of study
- BAC +2/3 in Marketing, communication or any other equivalent diploma;
- Justify a professional experience of at least two (2) years in a department similar.
