The Legal Affairs Department of Coris Bank International Senegal is recruiting a Corporate Affairs Officer with the following profile
1. General mission of the position
- Manage and retain a customer portfolio;
- Approach new customers and prospects to ensure the development of the customer base;
- Marketing the Bank’s products and services;
- Contribute significantly to the achievement of the Jobs, Resources, Revenues objectives of the Business Department;
- Ensure the assembly of credit files;
- Ensure the assembly of credit files;
- Manage all customer requests and complaints in a timely manner in order to obtain an optimal level of satisfaction;
- Ensure compliance with banking, legal and regulatory requirements, including audits and other credit governance guidelines;
- Ensure good bookkeeping and preserve the quality of the portfolio;
- Work in good synergy with the Bank’s support departments.
2. Specific skills required
- Good knowledge of financial analysis;
- Mastery of banking operations;
- Knowledge of sales and marketing techniques.
3. Required profile
- Hold a Bac+4 or 5 in banking, finance, management, or any other equivalent diploma;
- Justify a professional experience of at least five (05) years in a bank or a specialized financial institution, particularly in business portfolio management;
- Be rigorous and organized
