The Marketing Communication & Quality Department of Coris Bank International Senegal is recruiting a Commitment Administration Officer with the following profile
1. General mission of the position
- Ensure the Administrative Management of the credit files and the transmission for implementation.
2. Allocations
- Establishing tickets for the implementation of credit files, after the usual verifications have been carried out (compliance with the delegated scheme, approval conditions, guarantees and supports, completeness of the file);
- To deliver the supports of commitments subscribed by the bank (Sureties, Guarantees);
- ensure a rigorous follow-up of the compliance of the competitions set up;
- Identify anomalies in the seizure of competitions and guarantees and formulate corrective measures for regularization; ensure the diligent processing and follow-up of debt repurchase operations;
- ensure the regular maintenance of the status of files set up under exemptions and the follow-up of regularizations;
- ensure the elaboration of reporting and statistics on the funding requests received;
- ensure the proper maintenance of the files of the 100 largest commitments;
- Alert the Commitment Administration and Monitoring Manager to any operational incident relevant to your activities;
- ensure the storage of files and their transmission to the archives;
- Implementing, in a timely manner, the recommendations made by the Control and Supervisory Bodies to the Administration and Supervision of the Commitments;
- Demonstrate initiative, diligence and innovation in the management of your business;
- Carry out any other task assigned by the hierarchy.
3. Specific skills required
- Good knowledge of banking operations; Mastery and knowledge of all banking risks;
- Basic knowledge of credit risk regulatory standards;
- Basics of bank accounting and standards;
- Mastery of the office automation suite (Word-Excel-Power point) ;
- Good teamwork skills;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Concerned with the quality of the work rendered ;
4. Profile required
- Have at least a BAC+3 in Banking, Finance, Law, Statistics or any other equivalent degree;
- Prove professional experience or practical training of at least six (06) months in a bank or financial institution in the position of credit administration;
- Have knowledge of banking regulations;
- Have knowledge of corporate finance/reading and analysis of financial statements ;
- Be rigorous and have integrity.
